Inspiration

I love the lightness of Scandinavian nature & design and was inspired to combine the natural elements and beauty of a Swedish summer with a honeymoon feel. I imagined a couple Celebrating their wedding or honeymoon – just the two of them having the most wonderful time, feeling free, laughing and celebrating love. My 2016 collection is quite rustic with lots of texture and opulent Preciosa crystals, but still has a very light feel and it fits perfectly into the Scandinavian style. We were so lucky to shoot at Ystad Saltsjöbad – a very exclusive spa in Sweden where the feeling of wedding and Honeymoon was just perfect. This year’s collection is a tribute to Scandinavian style, lightness and design – simple yet with a boho feel.

Romantic Wedding at Pippin Hill Farm & Vineyard

We are excited to feature this beautiful wedding photographed by Katelyn James Photography. The gorgeous couple, Bob and Jessica, were married at Pippin Hill Farm and Vineyard. The ceremony overlooked a majestic mountainside and the reception was held in an amazing barn-like ballroom! Jessica’s gown is so stunning, and I adore the colorful robes from Plum Pretty Sugar that the girls wore while getting ready! There are so many wonderful rich colors and details that look absolutely amazing! I especially loved the doilies on the bride and grooms table!

Pretty in Pink Wedding at Three Sisters Bake in Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir, Scotland

Just take a look at this stunningly gorgeous pink wedding that was captured by the very talented Craig and Eva Sanders Photography! The instant I saw it, I fell in love with everything about it, and I’m sure you will too! The wedding couple Nicole and Kris, found Three Sisters Bake, while attending a vintage inspired wedding fair. They found out the sisters of Three Sisters Bake held weddings at the old village hall above the boutique cafe they run, and were instantly excited by the idea of having the wedding there! Nicole and Kris worked alongside the cafe/hall owners to plan the wedding day, to make it really personal. Nicole had so many ideas of her own that she wanted to create herself. Nicole was inpired by everything romantic, soft and crafty, and was adamant that she wanted to make a lot of it herself. I’d say she did a fabulous job! Wouldn’t you? Nicole and Kris were married exactly one year after getting engaged!

Beautiful Scotland Wedding at Mar Hall in Bishopton, Nr Glasgow. Renfrewshire

I absolutely love this wedding that was beautifully captured by Craig & Eva Sanders Photography! So much elegance and beauty in one place! The couple, Lindsey and Glenn, celebrated their romantic wedding day at the Mar Hall, a Scottish mansion with a fabulous view of the Kilpatrick Hills, and overlooking the River Clyde. What more could you possibly ask for? The rich wine and soft lavender colors of the wedding details tie together perfectly! I especially love how they chose to have a naked (without the frosting) wedding cake, decorated with roses, berries, and hints of lace. It’s totally unique, and looks so fresh and delicious!

A Vintage Inspired Haiku Mill Wedding in Maui, Hawaii

We have such a beautifully romantic wedding to share with you today! All the vintage details throughout the photos are pure eye candy! The wedding couple, John and Stephanie, had their wedding at an old sugar making factory tucked up in the hills of Maui, Hawaii. The factory is decorated with vintage treasures the owner had gathered over the years, while in France. The wedding looks just like something out of a fairytale! And everything was so perfectly captured, by Jana Williams Photography. I just know you will love this wedding as much as I do!

Romantic Snowden Garden Wedding

I can’t wait to share this fun and very pretty wedding captured by Katelyn James Photography, with you! The mix of pink and orange colors are just stunning! Greenhorn Creek { Seth + Sonya } Wedding Photography

Todays featured real wedding was held at the fabulous Camps Restaurant at the very lush and beautiful Greenhorn Creek Resort in Angels Camp, California. Seth and Sonya had planned a gorgeous fall wedding and it turned out just perfectly. We really love the rich, vibrant medley of colors, the yellows, reds, oranges, and browns they chose, that went perfect with the all the fall colors at the resort that day. I especially love how they even incorporated fall leaves in some of the little details, such as Sonya’s garter and their ring pillow. Lazy Z Wedding Photography {Coltin + Nicole}

Coltin and Nicole had a very  beautiful rustic styled wedding at Lazy Z Resort in Twain Harte, Ca. With family and friends traveling all the way from Germany to join them for their big day, they wanted a weekend affair at a location with special meaning to them. They were able to spend four wonderful days with their international guests, and the location had great meaning to them as a couple, having spent many weekends and holidays there, the 9 years they have been together. Coltin and Nicole’s vision was to create a pairing of sentiment and rustic beauty. The scenery at Lazy Z Resort already featured a natural, rustic look and they added to that by using lots of burlap. They also incorporated German traditions, (which is where they are from) into the ceremony and reception, which made it really their own.
